Power Clean (Hang):  285 to 330    (+45)

Power Clean (Floor):  275  to 330   (+55)

Olympic Style Back Squat:  285×5 to 350×5 (+65)

Bench Press:  205 to 255 (+50)

Snatch Grip Deadlift:  330×3 to EASY 405×3 (+75)

MOST IMPORTANTLY

Broad Jump:  9’3.5”  to 10’3”  (+11.5”)

Triple Broad Jump:  29’2” to 32” 3”  (+37”)

10 yd Laser Sprint:  1.73 – 1.75 TO 1.64 – 1.66 (-.10)
